  1. Ticket Policy: Tickets to Urban Golf Weekend are final sale and cannot be refunded unless the event is canceled by the organizers. Please note that tickets are not transferable without the explicit consent of the event organizers. (See Refund Policy for more information)

  2. Event Cancellation and Changes: Urban Golf Weekend reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the events, schedules, or venues at any time for any reason. Should an event be cancelled, ticket holders will have the options for either transferring their ticket to a future event or receiving a refund of their ticket purchase. Urban Golf Weekend is not liable for any additional expenses incurred due to these changes.

  3. Admission Rights: Urban Golf Weekend maintains the right to refuse entry or to remove attendees from the event for reasons including, but not limited to, safety concerns, security breaches, disruptive behavior, or any violation of these terms and conditions.

  4. Liability Waiver: Attendees acknowledge that they are participating in Urban Golf Weekend events at their own risk and agree to assume all risks associated. Attendees hereby waive any claims against Urban Golf Weekend, its staff, volunteers, partners, and affiliates for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the event.

  5. Media and Image Consent: By attending Urban Golf Weekend, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. Urban Golf Weekend and its affiliates reserve the right to use any such media for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes without further consent or compensation to you.

  6. Privacy and Information Sharing: Personal information collected during the ticket purchase process will be used solely for event organization and communication purposes. Urban Golf Weekend may share this information with our affiliates for promotional purposes or other related activities. Your information will not be sold to third parties and will be protected.

  7. Conduct and Respect: Urban Golf Weekend is committed to creating a respectful and harassment-free environment for everyone, irrespective of gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, or religion. All attendees are expected to contribute positively to this environment.
