Admission Ticket Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing a ticket for our event. We are excited to host you. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage customers to carefully consider their purchase before completing the transaction. This applies to refunds for any reason, including but not limited to, illness, travel issues, or personal emergencies.

Finally, please be aware that reselling tickets at a price higher than the face value is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of your ticket without a refund.

We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to stay informed about any changes to the refund policy by periodically reviewing this document.

In the event that UGW is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizers, participants will be notified and provided with options for either transferring their ticket to a future event or receiving a refund of their ticket purchase. 

Vendor Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing to participate as a vendor at Urban Golf Weekend (UGW). We appreciate your commitment and look forward to your contribution to the event.

Please be aware that all vendor purchases are non-refundable. Once a space has been reserved and payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure the overall success and organization of the event.

It is the vendor's responsibility to fully understand and accept this policy prior to agreeing to participate as a vendor. By submitting payment, the vendor acknowledges and agrees to the non-refundable nature of the transaction.

In the event that UGW is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizers, vendors will be notified and provided with options for either transferring their space reservation to a future event or receiving a refund of vendor payment.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy. It helps us maintain a successful event for all participants involved. Thank you for your support, and we look forward to seeing you at UGW.
